“La Palazzina” is an old beautiful Tuscan farmhouse, located just 10 km from Siena, in a panoramic, strategic location that allows to enjoy the wonders of the Tuscan countryside.

The house, at your exclusive use, is located in a dominant position, surrounded by a wide valley and a lovely view, surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.

The cottage is on two levels, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor the entrance from which you access through a door to a large open space room with sofabed ( dimension of a doublebed)  and a large and cozy  living area. Also on the ground floor a very large bathroom with fine marble and a bath tub.

Going up to the first floor is the living room with a large, ancient hearth with wood stove, a large kitchen with dishwasher , two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (possibility of having a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.
Everything is completed by a beautiful outdoor patio, under which it is possible to have lunch and by a large garden, all fenced, where it is possible to relax and enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi hot tube.

The house can comfortably accommodate from 2 up to 8 persons and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday for families or groups of friends.
